Acceptable Use Policy

By using the XPO Services, you agree to be bound by XPO's Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and this Acceptable Use Policy. XPO may change these terms from time to time and post any modified terms on this site. You understand and agree that if you use XPO Services after the date on which the Terms or these policies have changed, XPO will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms.

You may not use the Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts. In addition, we may temporarily or permanently suspend any accounts or users that engage in the following activities:

YOU MAY NOT ENGAGE IN ABUSIVE OR HARASSING BEHAVIOR, including, but not limited to:

  • Attacking, bullying, or threatening others;
  • Defrauding, or attempting to defraud, XPO or its users;
  • Distributing viruses, worms, hoaxes, corrupted files, or other harmful technologies;
  • Engaging in practices that are harmful to XPO’s users;
  • Facilitating, or inciting, the abuse or harassment of others;
  • Providing any false or misleading information;
  • Spamming others;
  • Violating or encouraging violation of the legal rights of others (e.g. XPO reserves the right to reclaim usernames of businesses or individuals that hold the legal rights to those usernames);
  • Interfering with the use of the Services by others (e.g. by taking any action that imposes an unreasonably large load on XPO’s support volume or infrastructure)

YOU MAY NOT ENGAGE IN ACCOUNT ABUSE, including, but not limited to:

  • Creating fake accounts;
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension of an account;
  • Impersonating others in an attempt to deceive XPO or XPO’s users;
  • Making false statements to XPO customer support;
  • Using an account to abuse XPO’s Services or circumvent XPO’s security features (e.g. by taking any action that imposes an unreasonably large load on XPO’s support volume or infrastructure);

YOU MAY NOT ENGAGE IN UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOR, including, but not limited to:

  • Breaching or circumventing any applicable laws;
  • Collecting information about users without their consent;
  • Engaging in or promote illegal activity;
  • Exporting any XPO Service except in compliance with applicable export control laws;
  • Reproducing, performing, displaying, distributing, reverse engineering or preparing derivative works from any Content that does not belong to you without prior written permission from the party that has the legal right to license such use;
  • Using the Services to facilitate online gambling;
  • Using the Services for any invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose;
  • Violating or encouraging violation of the legal rights of others (e.g. XPO reserves the right to reclaim usernames of businesses or individuals that hold the legal rights to those usernames);

XPO reserves the rights to immediately suspend your account if, in our judgement, you violate this Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Use.
